We’ll be having a Customer Care Activity on February 4, 2012 (Saturday), at 1:30pm – 4:30pm here at HONDA CARS BATANGAS Conference Room. It is a three (3) hours seminar entitled “Basic Troubleshooting and Unit Familiarization. On Saturday, 25th June of 2011, associates of the Customers Relations and Service Department of Honda Cars Batangas
conducted quarterly “Basic troubleshooting and Unit Familiarization” as part of their Customer Care Activity.
Clients enjoyed a thought-provoking seminar, discussion, and Q&A session, as well as hands-on class.
The seminar proved incredibly popular which was not surprising given the calibre of speakers and technicians
armed with their knowlege. See pictures….

2011 Summer Outing

Honda Cars Batangas Family has pulled it off!!! Its summer outing came out last May 29,2011 held at Dioko Resort in San Pablo, Laguna. Near 50 employees attended the fun filled activity that makes the organization more strong from forging new bonds. The outing was successful because every department was given the chance to play and win the prize.
In the end, the team was given a perfect way to further improve the morale and boost its confidence. Everybody enjoyed the activity.

The City Rises Up To The Occasion

Honda Cars Batangas fields its head-turner – a stretched, engine-less, bicycle-tire-running 2010 City mock-up – as it participates in celebrations for the 41st founding anniversary of Batangas City .

On hand are HCBT officers and fellow associates taking turns in “gliding” the hand-painted “City” through the parade route. A working, on-board horn and flashers add up to the sight, enough to make a buzz as to make our bee here appear from nowhere.

The Honda Emergency Assistance Team (H.E.A.T.) H.E.A.T. is an emergency action team committed to promote Hondaâ€™s social responsibility in terms of providing road assistance to motorists who may encounter problems during their trip.

H.E.A.T. will be at 12 designated sites (around Northern and Southern Luzon areas) on specified Lenten Season period – March 31 to April 4 (except April 2, Good Friday).

The school had aimed at obtaining real-world, best practices and matching them with those applied in technical training. HCBT was glad to have been a resource to these inspired educators.
