SBA Procedure

1. Simply call our Service Department at (043) 402-0384 / (043) 402-0335 loc. 117 or 131 / (02) 887-3461 loc. 117 or 131. Business Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm

2. Inform the Appointment Receptionist of your preferred date and time, services required, car model and year, etc.

3. Alternatively, click on the Online Service Appointment tab at the upper right hand corner of this page (Online Service Appointment); fill all necessary information and click submit. A customer relations officer will call you back and confirm your appointment one or two days before scheduled servicing.

4. Please bring your car to Honda Cars Batangas on scheduled time and date. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes will be considered as walk-in.

5. Make sure to arrive on time and please empty your car of personal valuable items for fast and easy pre-service inspections.

6. Your friendly Service Advisor will be glad to receive you on your scheduled appointment.
